Monica Grembowicz is an associate at Belmore Neidrauer LLP. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Toronto in 2015 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. During law school, Monica interned at the Structural Genomics Consortium and chaired the 2014 TIP Conference on innovation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Monica earned a B.Sc.H. in chemistry from the University of Toronto where she conducted research in organic, biological and medicinal chemistry. Monica also spent a semester at the University of Copenhagen studying EU intellectual property and pharmaceutical regulatory law.
Monica has experience in patent and trademark litigation and in preparing freedom to operate and validity opinions.
