Monique Ashamalla is an associate at Belmore Neidrauer LLP. Monique’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets. Monique is also a registered trademark agent with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. Before joining Belmore Neidrauer LLP, Monique practised as an intellectual property litigation associate with a national law firm.
Monique earned her J.D. from Queen’s University. Prior to attending law school, she earned her combined B.Sc.H in biology and psychology from McMaster University, minoring in biochemistry.
Monique is an active member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada, The Advocates’ Society, and the Canadian Bar Association.
