She has represented clients in intellectual property matters in both Federal and Ontario Courts. Lindsay has a particular interest in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Lindsay graduated from University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law in 2002 with a JD and MA in criminology. She received a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in biology from Queen’s University in 1998. Lindsay is a registered trade-mark agent and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.
