Janssen Inc. et al. v. Actavis Pharma Company et al.
We successfully represented Janssen in a patent case relating to the ADHD medication CONCERTA.
The generic company Actavis Pharma had challenged the patent, alleging obviousness, lack of utility and overbreadth.
Recognizing the significant invention disclosed and claimed in the patent, the Federal Court rejected these attacks. The Federal Court also agreed with our claim construction and found that Actavis’ product would infringe the claims of the patent.
