Andrew's practice focuses on complex intellectual property disputes, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation. His experience includes patent infringement actions, impeachment proceedings, litigation under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations, and disputes involving the automotive and construction industries, innovative medicines, biologics, pharmaceutical products, and biotechnology.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa before completing his J.D. and being called to the bar in 2021. Before joining Belmore Neidrauer LLP, Andrew worked as an intellectual property litigation associate at international law firms. He has gained extensive trial and litigation experience, having appeared as counsel before the Federal Court.
